Q: Can you print other logo on your air coolers? Are you a factory?
A: Sure. We offer OEM service which is including logo printing, color design and carton design because we are a factory. But the MOQ will be required.

A: Our product warranty is 1 year for whole machine from the delivery time.
Q: Do you have inspection procedure before shipping?
A: Yes, we do 100% QC inspection before shipment.
Q: What voltages you can do ?
A: Almost all kinds of voltages we can make.

A: Produce certificates: CE, GS for Europe, we also have expensive for KC, SAA, COC, SABER and so on.
